The Days of Slavic Literacy and Culture is a manifestation that cherishes and glorifies the intangible and material heritage of the Balkan Peninsula area that was settled by the Old Slavs in the 7th century.<\/p>\n

The event brings together numerous creators from countries that share the heritage of Slavic culture and history, so during the days of the event, guests from Russia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Croatia, etc. visit the events in Ruma.<\/p>\n

Art Trema Fest Ruma is a kind of revue of theatrical author projects. It brings together camera performances by students of the Academy of Arts, performances by academic theaters and productions by cultural institutions. The festival was founded in 1998 and is very important for the development of art and creativity among young people, as well as all those interested in theater and art in general.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This festival affirms the work of art academies in the region. The festival takes place at the end of March in the Cultural Center of Ruma.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The organizer is the City Theater of Ruma in cooperation with the Cultural Center, the City Library of Ruma, and the Native Museum of Ruma.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the birth of Slavoljub-Slavko Vorkapi\u0107, Serbian-American film editor, director and pedagogue, born in Dobrinci, near Ruma, in 2014 the Vorky team of Ruma founded the International Festival of one-minute and short films „Mister Vorky“.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The goal of the Festival is to present the author’s film in the shortest form and all types, genres, and genres of the seventh art (fiction, animation, documentary, experimental…) In addition to the best one-minute films, from 2020 short films longer than a minute and shorter than 25 minutes will be shown in the competition program called „9413“.<\/p>\n

Many of the obstacles are similar to those used in special forces training. The aim of this competition is to allow participants to test their fitness, strength, speed, and persistence.<\/p>\n
